I have eaten for many years ar numerous East Side Marios around the country and have always had a wonderful time with quality service and great food. This experience in St.John's on August 5 was without exception the worst dining disaster I've ever had to put up with. The service was atrocious with a bunch of children running the place - throwing cutlery on the table, slow, rude and absolutely no management skills on any level. So much for the friendly Newfoundlanders. We just got up and left.

The food has always been great, the service too. It is a little noisy and I think thats the atmosphere they are going for so if you are looking for quiet and romance this isnt the spot for you.
