Three weeks ago I ordered a 20 lb butterball turkey to be picked up on the 16th. I was told that butterballs might not come in 20 lbs. and that I would get a phone call a few days before I picked it up so I could order another brand. I picked it up, didn't look at the weight of it (my error), when I got home I found it was only 17lbs. I'm not pleased with your service, I should've received a phone call during the week and I could have made other plans. I will have to make do as my Christmas party is on the 17th and I don't have any other choice.
