Excellent food quality and service but you pay for it.

Food was over dressed and any apparent freshness of any food flavours were gone. Service can and should be improved. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

This is one of our favorite restaurants! The scallops appetizer is fantastic - in fact all the seafood is just superb. And I can't say I'ev ever found the service to be slow. Yes, if you're looking to get fed in under an hour, well you'll be out of luck. But the atmosphere at Bianca's is one for slow casual dining, and sipping wine. Speaking of which, I discovered one of my favorite wines here. And I rarely had to wait with an empty glass before I was offered more.
To read such a bad review of Bianca's really surprised me...but then you can't please everybody!

Great disappointment. Service was ridiculously slow--server informed us that the reasons for his errors was that he was the new kid on the block. Fish was raw and served on with a large quantity of citrus sauce which overpowered fish. Limited availability of wine which was surprising since this restaurant won a Wine Spectator Award.

Shrimp appetizer was overcooked and over spiced and also served with a heavy citrus sauce.

Again, we were extremely disappointed since this restaurant was highly recommended.
