I have eaten at this location numerous times and the experience has been positive. Recently I had 20 people and the meal / service was excellent.

As a chain, Don Cherry's is usually good, but have had several bad experiences at this location, due to poorly-trained staff. Held a celebration for friend's at this location, what a disaster... waited over 30 min for our glasses of water, the waitress forgot to place our order, so we waited over an hour for our food! When I complained to the manager on duty, we all had the tax taken off our bills - big deal!!! No apologies, no incentive to go at all.

I heard some not so great things about this place therefore I dont go aymore. The one time I did eat there it was good. The building is old and dark. Not a very nice atmosphere
