I really like Canton - I don't think it's the best in town but it's what I eat the most and it has the best bang for your buck for sure! There are definitely options besides deep-fried and lots of fresh veggies and really sweet servers. What more do you want in a neighbourhood takeout/restaurant? It is good food, great value!

I have to say, this is by far the best (and least oily/greasy) chinese food in the city. By a long shot.

Look up the reviews posted on the scope for something a bit more accurate. I would imagine that review was probably posted by someone with some other issue with the restaurant other than their food (e.g. competition).

The Canton is awesome. Enjoy fresh, fast, cheap and healthy food instead of the other junk people are peddling in and around the city.

Very greasy, the days of everything fried and battered is over.

There is a reason why NEWFOUNDLAND has so much heart disease and I think I have found who is the culprit.

No one can eat this kind of food and not run into problems eventually.
